To prepare a delicious zucchini pizza in the oven, prepare all the ingredients according to the proportions of the recipe. Select young zucchini with thin skin and rinse them.

In a bowl, beat the eggs well with a whisk.

Cut the sausage, tomatoes and mozzarella into thin slices, and grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Grate the zucchini on a coarse or medium grater and squeeze out the juice as much as possible with your hands.

Step 1. Immediately prepare all ingredients for PP pizza according to the recipe. Grind oatmeal using a coffee grinder.

- Onion – 2 pcs.
- Tomato paste – 2 tbsp.

- Hard cheese – 100 gr.

- Sour cream – 150 gr.
- Salt - to taste.
- Khmeli-suneli - to taste.
- Ground black pepper - to taste.
- Greens - to taste.
- Vegetable oil - for frying.
Cooking process:
Step 1: Peel and finely chop the onions. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat and onions until cooked. Mash the minced meat well with a fork. Towards the end of frying, sprinkle the minced meat with salt, black pepper and khmeli-suneli.
Step 2. Then add two tablespoons of tomato paste to the minced meat, stir and simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3. Grind the zucchini on a coarse grater, sprinkle with salt, stir and leave for 10 minutes so that the zucchini releases juice. Then squeeze the zucchini mass well with your hands.
