An egg, salt, baking powder, sunflower oil and flour are added to the heated kefir. The resulting dough is placed in a frying pan and baked for 5 minutes. Next, it is smeared with ketchup, tomato, chicken fillet, bell pepper and grated cheese are laid out on top. In 5 minutes the pizza is ready.

How to cook delicious kefir pizza in a frying pan? First, slightly heat the kefir so that it is warm. Next, add baking powder, one egg, a pinch of salt and sunflower oil. Then mix everything well. If there is no baking powder, then add soda slaked with vinegar.

Now add wheat flour to the resulting mixture and knead a thick dough. It should turn out a little thicker than on pancakes and slide off the spoon.

Take a frying pan with a thick bottom, heat the vegetable oil in it, then lay out the dough and level it with a spoon into a thin, even layer. Cover the pan with a lid and bake the dough for 5 minutes over low heat.

- Hard cheese – 150 gr.
- Pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs.
- Tomato – 1 pc.
- Greens - to taste.

Cooking process:
Step 1. Grate hard cheese into a large container on a fine grater, add diced sausage, pickles, tomato and any herbs to taste. Mix everything well.
Step 2.In a small container, beat two eggs and add them to the container with kefir. Next, add sour cream and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3. Sift the flour through a sieve, add soda, suneli hops and mix.
Step 4. Pour the flour and seasonings into the container with the filling and mix well.

- Ham - to taste.
- Pickled cucumbers - to taste.
- Olives - to taste.
- Hard cheese - to taste.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Pour kefir into a deep container, add soda to it and mix. Next, add granulated sugar, salt, potato starch and add flour sifted through a sieve in portions. Mix everything thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous dough without lumps. Let it brew for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2. Pour vegetable oil into a cold frying pan, put the dough there and distribute it evenly over the surface. The result should be a layer of no more than 4-5 mm.
