Fried beef kidneys with onions in a frying pan will be an unusual and tasty dish for your family lunch or dinner. Cooking them is not difficult, but it takes time to remove the specific smell. In this recipe, beef kidneys are soaked in a vinegar solution, boiled twice with bay leaves and then fried with onions.

- Beef kidneys – 400 gr.
- Vinegar essence 70% – 2 tsp.
- Bay leaf – 6 pcs.

Step 1. First of all, prepare all the ingredients according to the recipe and the number of servings you need.

Step 2. Heat vegetable oil in a deep stewing bowl. Place the chopped kidneys into it and fry while stirring over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3. Pour 2.5 cups of clean water into the fried kidneys, add finely chopped onion and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2. From the kidneys, carefully and carefully remove the fat with the remains of the ducts. Then rinse the kidneys and cut into small pieces. Season them with salt and freshly ground pepper and set aside.
