How to prepare a simple and tasty PP salad? For our own convenience, we put all the necessary products on the table.

We tear clean leaf lettuce into small segments with our hands and put it in a salad bowl.

Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into 4 or 6 pieces.

Open the can of corn and drain the brine through a sieve or colander.

Peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings.

Cut the tomatoes into slices and squeeze lightly (pour the released juice into a bowl).

Add olive oil to the tomato juice and add aromatic herbs - stir and the dressing is ready.

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 1 pc.
- Romano salad – 1 bunch.
- Garlic – 2 teeth.
- Natural yogurt – 100 ml.
- Mustard – 2 tsp.
- Crackers - to taste.
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil – 1 tsp.
- Parmesan cheese - to taste.
- Salt – 2 pinches.
- Ground black pepper - to taste.
- Provençal/Italian herbs – 2 pinches.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Wash the fillet thoroughly under running water, dry it with paper towels and clean it of white films and inclusions of fat. Sprinkle the chicken with herbs, salt, pepper, rub with chopped garlic and sprinkle with a drop of vegetable oil, leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 2.Fry the meat in a dry frying pan (you can use parchment paper) or bake in the oven until cooked. Afterwards, cool and cut into thin slices.
Step 3. We tear the washed green salad into small segments with our hands, after removing the core of the leaves.
Step 4. Season the chopped herbs with the sauce; to prepare it, mix mustard, yogurt and just a little salt. Place the Caesar base on a plate, decorate with chicken slices, croutons (can be omitted) and Parmesan, chopped using a grater or vegetable peeler.

Almost any salad can be made “PP” if you remove mayonnaise and any fried ingredients from the list of ingredients. Tender chicken meat goes perfectly with pieces of sweet pineapple and together they form a very tasty dish that can even be served on a holiday table.

Cooking process:
Step 1. Cut the washed and dried cucumber into thin strips.
