Step 5. After straining the rice through a sieve, add it to the minced meat fried with vegetables.
Step 6. After salting and sprinkling the curry (the spice will give a beautiful color and bright taste), pour boiling water. The amount of liquid depends on the type of rice. All instructions can be found on the back of the packaging. The liquid level should cover the contents.
Step 7. Having thrown in the bay leaf and covered it, simmer over low heat for no more than 25 minutes.
Step 8. When the liquid has evaporated, turn off the gas and carefully stir the dish. When prepared correctly, the treat will be crumbly.
