Step 3. Using a garlic press or grater, add the peeled clove of garlic to the fillet.

Step 5. Add mayonnaise or sour cream to the minced meat.

Step 3. Add salt and black pepper, grated cheese to the chopped fillet to your taste, break three chicken eggs, add semolina and knead the minced meat well with your hands.
