3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion in it until transparent. Pass the cod fillet through a meat grinder or grind it in a blender. Transfer it to the bowl in which we will knead the minced meat. Add to the chopped fillet, fried onion, swollen semolina, salt, pepper and break the egg.
