- Medium carrots – 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil – 50 ml.

Step 1. Immediately prepare all ingredients according to the proportions of the recipe.
Step 2. Separate the wild garlic petioles from the leaves, wash them and make them approximately the same length.
Step 3. Boil water in a saucepan. Boil the petioles for 1-3 minutes and rinse in a colander with cold water.
Step 4. Grind the peeled carrots on a Korean grater and transfer to a separate bowl.
