Anthill salad with chicken and potato strips
Let's prepare the original "Anthill" salad, which is based on boiled chicken fillet and ready-made potato strips. You can make such a component yourself; to do this, you need to thinly chop the peeled vegetable and fry it in a large amount of oil until a crust forms.
- Chicken fillet 200 (grams)
- Tomato 2 (things)
- Cucumber 1 (things)
- Cheese 80 (grams)
- Potato 80 gr. shavings
- Mayonnaise 2 (tablespoons)

Ingredients:
- Boiled chicken – 200 gr.
- Cucumbers – 1 pc.
- Tomatoes – 1 pc.
- Hard cheese – 100 gr.
- Potatoes – 2 pcs.
- Garlic – 1 tooth.
- Mayonnaise – 3-4 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
- Salt - to taste.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Peel the clove of garlic and pass it through a press. Mix with mayonnaise and the salad dressing is ready.
Step 2. Cut the boiled fillet into pieces or disassemble it into fibers. Place 2/3 of the meat on the bottom of a flat plate of suitable size.
Step 3. Apply a mesh of garlic mayonnaise on top of the chicken.
Step 4. The next layer is fresh cucumber, cut into thin strips (lay out most of it in the form of a slide).
Step 5. Distribute a juicy diced tomato on top of the cucumber (leave a little to repeat the layer).

- Pork fillet – 230-250 gr.
- Tomatoes – 1 pc.
- Potatoes (small) – 8-9 pcs.
- Canned corn - ½ can.
- Red onion – 1 pc.
- Hard cheese – 50-70 gr.
- Sour cream – 4 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil – 500 ml.
- Salt - to taste.
- Seasonings - to taste.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Boil three potatoes in their skins until tender (25 minutes over low heat), cool and remove the skin.Step 2. Drizzle a piece of pork with two tablespoons of oil, rub with salt and your favorite spices - wrap in foil and bake for 35-40 minutes. Afterwards, cool and cut into small cubes.
Step 3. Grind a large tomato in the same way and add it to the meat.
Step 4.Cut the boiled potatoes into pieces and add them to the already prepared ingredients.
Step 5. Finely chop the peeled onion, open the jar of corn, drain the liquid and transfer the vegetables to a salad bowl.
Step 6. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add it to the salad along with sour cream and salt - mix and put it in the refrigerator, and in the meantime, let's make straws.
Step 7. Peel the remaining potatoes, grate them on a Korean carrot grater and rinse thoroughly under cold water. Then transfer the chopped vegetable to paper napkins to get rid of excess moisture.
