Rinse the salad vegetables and dry with a napkin.Cut the cucumbers into large pieces, because coarse cutting of vegetables is mandatory for Greek salad.

Remove the stalks with seeds and membranes from the sweet pepper, and coarsely chop the pulp of the vegetable. Give preference to red or yellow peppers, which are tastier than green ones.

Cut the tomatoes into the same large pieces.

Place the chopped vegetables in a deep salad bowl, add a can of pitted olives and mix the vegetables carefully.

Place washed green lettuce leaves on serving salad bowls. Place mixed vegetables on them.

Pour olive oil into a cup and add the juice of a small lemon.

Add dry herbs to these ingredients and mix everything well.

Step 1. Rinse the fresh cucumber, dry it with a napkin, and cut into large slices. Immediately transfer them to a salad bowl.
Step 2.For the salad, choose strong, ripe tomatoes, and in winter it is better to replace them with more tasty Cherry tomatoes. Wash the tomatoes, dry them, chop them coarsely and add them to the cucumbers.
Step 3. Remove Fetax from the package, cut into small cubes and add to the chopping vegetables. If you wish, you can add thinly sliced red onion to the salad.
Step 4. Then add the olives cut into halves to the salad. For dressing, mix olive oil and lemon juice well in a 2:1 ratio and you can add salt and herbs to it. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently.

Step 2. Wash the vegetables, dry with a napkin and cut into large pieces, only cut the onion into thin half rings.
Step 3. Wash the Chinese cabbage (the green part without the stalks), dry it and cut into strips.
Step 4. Place the first layer of Peking on a flat salad bowl.Place sliced cucumber, onion and sweet pepper on it and sprinkle with salt to your taste.
Step 5. Arrange tomato slices evenly on top of these vegetables.
Step 6. Arrange whole olives beautifully on top of the vegetables.

Step 3. Wash the tomatoes, dry them, cut them into large cubes and place them on top of the cucumber slices.
Step 4. Cut the fetax into cubes and a wet knife. Place the cheese on top of the tomato.
Step 5. Olives, you can take black and green ones, drain them in a colander and place the fetax on top.
Step 6. Then pour olive oil over the salad.

A light and low-calorie version of a vegetable salad with meat in the Greek style is a salad with chicken and fetaxa. In this recipe, we boil the chicken fillet in advance. From vegetables we take tomatoes, fresh cucumber, sweet pepper and onion. Season the salad with olive oil and add croutons.

Step 1. Rinse all vegetables for the salad under running water and wipe dry with a napkin. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water for 10 minutes, then cool. Cut the cucumbers into large pieces.
Step 2. Cut the tomatoes into large slices.
Step 3. Peel the pepper from seeds with partitions and chop coarsely.
Step 4. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
Step 5. Tear the washed lettuce leaves into large pieces by hand and place them in a salad bowl.
Step 6. Using a knife moistened with water, cut the fetax into medium cubes.

Step 1. Immediately prepare, according to the recipe and the number of servings you need, all the ingredients for the salad. You can replace fresh basil with dried basil, because this will not change its taste.
Step 2. Rinse the arugula under running water and blot off excess moisture with a napkin.
Step 3. Cut the purple onion into thin half rings.
Step 4. Cut the tomato coarsely, into slices or half rings.
Step 5. Place the chopped vegetables and arugula in a salad bowl.
Step 6. Grind the peeled garlic in a garlic grinder and immediately place it in a bowl for dressing. Finely chop the greens (parsley and basil) and add to the garlic. Sprinkle these ingredients with salt and black pepper, pour in olive oil and lemon juice and mix well.

Step 4. Cut the cucumbers into half circles and not very thinly.

Step 6. Divide the basil into separate leaves and cut the large ones into 2-3 pieces.
Step 7. Cut the fetax into medium cubes with a wet knife.
Step 8. Peel the shrimp and fry for 2 minutes in a heated tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 9. In a separate bowl, mix the dressing ingredients indicated in the recipe well.
Step 10. Place chopped vegetables and herbs into a deep salad bowl and add olives.
Step 11. Pour half of the prepared dressing over these ingredients.

Fetax and avocado in the salad combine perfectly in taste, making it light, healthy and the salad is prepared very quickly. In this recipe, we will add cherry tomatoes, green lettuce and olives to the two main ingredients. Season the salad with a mixture of yogurt with mustard, honey and lemon juice.

Step 1. Immediately prepare all the ingredients for the salad. Wash the avocado, peel it, cut it in half and remove the pit. Remove the zest from half a lemon and squeeze out the juice. Wash tomatoes and lettuce leaves and dry with a napkin.
Step 2. Place all the ingredients for the dressing in a separate small bowl: yogurt with mustard, lemon juice and zest, honey, add a little salt and mix well.
Step 3. Chop the avocado and tomatoes coarsely, and tear the lettuce leaves with your hands. Cut the fetax into slices 2-3 cm long. Finely chop the cashews with a knife. Cut the olives into rings.
