This salad will impress not only with its exquisite taste, but above all with its festive appearance and appetizing presentation. We suggest serving it in personal bowls - this appetizer will definitely be remembered by your guests.

- Frozen shrimp 300 (grams)
- Frozen squid 300 (grams)
- Bulb onions ½ (things)

How to prepare a royal salad with shrimp, squid and red caviar? Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel.

Peel the squid, place it in boiling water, and cook for no more than one minute. We take it out and cool it.

Pour boiling water over shrimp and mussels for a couple of minutes. Then drain the water, clean the shrimp, cut the mussels in half.

Chop the onion into small cubes. Place mussel halves, thinly sliced squid, and chopped onion into a salad bowl.

Cut the boiled eggs and fresh cucumber into small pieces and add to the salad bowl. Next we put the shrimp. We tear the iceberg leaves into small pieces with our hands and also put them in a salad bowl. For the dressing, add soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, ground black pepper and oregano. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently.

Place the prepared salad into portioned bowls and decorate the appetizer with red caviar on top. Serve the salad immediately after preparation.
“Sea” salad with shrimp, squid and red caviar
Simple seafood salad. If desired, you can add crab sticks. It cooks quickly, but it turns out very tasty and looks festive.

- Red caviar – 100 gr.
- Frozen shrimp – 400 gr.
- Squid (frozen or canned) – 4 carcasses or 1 can.
- Quail eggs – 10 pcs.
- Mayonnaise - to taste.
- Lettuce leaves - for serving.
- Red fish fillet - for serving.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Peel the squid from the surface film, lower it into boiling water, cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the broth and let cool.
Step 2. Place the frozen shrimp in a colander and pour over running water to melt the ice.
Step 3. Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan. Additionally, you can add bay leaf, dill, a mixture of peppers, and a slice of lemon to the water to make the shrimp more flavorful. Place the shrimp in boiling water and cook for three minutes after boiling. After cooking, drain the water and clean the shrimp.
Step 4.Boil quail eggs hard, cool, and peel.
Step 5. In a salad bowl, mix shrimp, squid cut into strips, and chopped eggs. Season with mayonnaise. Place lettuce leaves on serving plates; use a cooking ring to place the salad on them. We decorate the surface with red caviar and pieces of red fish. Serve the salad immediately after preparation.

Luxurious salad with seafood, cheese and vegetables. We form it in layers in a mold, and when serving we turn it upside down. The appetizer will have the shape of a tower. Decorate with red caviar and serve to the delight of the eaters.

- Red fish – 150 gr.
- Boiled shrimp – 150 gr.
- Boiled squid – 100 gr.
- Crab sticks – 200 gr.
- Red onion – 1 pc.
- Red caviar – 2 tbsp.
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Fresh cucumber – 250 gr.
- Potatoes – 250 gr.
- Boiled carrots – 2 pcs.
- Mayonnaise - to taste.
- For the marinade:
- Salt – 1 tbsp.
- Granulated sugar – 1 tsp.
- Table vinegar 9% - 3 tbsp.
- Water – 300 ml.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Peel the squid from the film, put it in boiling water, cook for no more than a couple of minutes. We take it out and cool it. Cut into strips. We cover the salad form with cling film for subsequent convenient removal of the finished salad. Place a layer of squid.
Step 2. Three carrots on a medium grater, spread in the next layer on the squid. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
Step 3. Cut boneless red fish into cubes. There are options here: make a layer of red fish or leave it to decorate the surface, as you like. We also place (on top of the fish or instead of it) boiled peeled shrimp. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
Step 4. Chop the boiled eggs, distribute on top of the shrimp, grease with mayonnaise.
Step 5. Cut the onions into thin half rings and pour the marinade over them for ten to fifteen minutes. To prepare the marinade, pre-mix water, vinegar, salt and sugar in the indicated proportions. After marinating, remove the onion and lay it in a layer in the salad.
Step 6. Next – crab sticks cut into pieces.
Step 7. The last layer is hard cheese grated on a coarse grater.
Step 8. Lubricate it with mayonnaise. Cover the top with the hanging edges of the film and put it in the refrigerator to soak overnight.
Step 9. Before serving, carefully turn the salad onto a serving plate, remove the film, and decorate the surface with shrimp, caviar, fish, and olives.

Step 1. Cut the onion into thin half rings. Prepare the marinade: mix water with vinegar, salt and sugar in a small bowl according to the specified proportions. Pour the prepared marinade over the chopped onion and leave to marinate for ten to fifteen minutes.
Step 2. We clean the squid from the upper dark and transparent films, put it in boiling water, cook for no more than two minutes.Take it out and let it cool. Cut into strips.Step 3. Cut the crab sticks into small pieces.
Step 4. Cook the shrimp in salted water for two minutes and peel. Place squid, crab sticks, shrimp, and onion squeezed from the marinade into a salad bowl.
Step 5. Cut the boiled egg whites into strips. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Place the whites and cheese in a salad bowl.
Step 6. Season with mayonnaise and carefully mix the salad.Step 7. Place the salad in bowls or glasses, decorate the surface with red caviar, parsley leaves and salmon slices rolled into a rosette.
