Step 1. Peel the carrots, grate them on a special grater and place them in a bowl – marinate in granulated sugar, vinegar and spices. Stir and leave at room temperature for half an hour to soak.
Step 2. Grate the fresh cucumber on the same grater or cut it into strips.
Step 3. Grind the sausage in a similar way.
Step 4. Lightly squeeze the carrots from the dressing and transfer them to the meat component and cucumber.
Step 5. Add a few tablespoons of sweet corn kernels (without brine).

Step 1.Remove the skin from the boiled potatoes and grate them on a grater with large holes - place it in the first layer on a flat plate, without compacting it, pour a little mayonnaise on it.
