Let's prepare a salad with rice and vegetables for the winter. First of all, we clean the vegetables and rinse them under water.

- Granulated sugar – 150 gr.
- Salt – 2 tbsp.
- Chili pepper – 1 pc.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Peel the onions and carrots, wash the vegetables and let them dry.
Step 2. Cut the onion into arbitrary slices.
Step 3. Arm yourself with a borage grater and chop the carrots.
Step 4. Cut the juicy tomatoes into cubes.
Step 5. We do the same with the pulp of the bell pepper.
Step 6. Cut the peeled garlic into slices.
Step 7Pour the assorted vegetables into a fireproof container of suitable volume and add the required amount of thoroughly washed rice.
Step 8. Next, add sunflower oil, salt and seasonings - mix and simmer for 50 minutes, making sure that the components do not burn.
Step 9. After time has passed, place the product in sterile jars, seal and turn upside down. Wrap it in a warm blanket for a day.

Cooking process:
Step 1. Remove the seeds and membranes from the bell pepper and cut into cubes.

Step 4. Wash the rice thoroughly and pour the cereal into a saucepan, add water (about two and a half glasses) and cook from the moment of boiling for 25 minutes over low heat.

- Salt – ½ tbsp.
- Granulated sugar – 2-3 tbsp.
- Vinegar 9% – 25 ml.
- Ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp.
- Garlic - to taste.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Roughly chop the pulp of sweet peppers and tomatoes and place them in the bowl of a blender or food processor - blend until smooth.
Step 2. Pour the vegetable puree into a saucepan and add granulated sugar, ground pepper, salt and sunflower oil.
Step 3. Next, add onion half rings and carrot shavings.
Step 4. We supplement the composition with cubes of young zucchini.
Step 5. After a few minutes, pour out the rice and pour in a little warm water and mix.
Step 6. Simmer the ingredients for 17-20 minutes after boiling, season with garlic if desired and add vinegar at the end. Warm up for a few more minutes and turn off the heat.
