The night before or a couple of hours before cooking, boil chicken breast with spices, boil jacket potatoes and hard-boiled eggs. Peel and wash the carrots.

- Beef – 0.4 kg.
- Walnuts – 100 gr.

Step 1. Prepare all the products on the list so you don’t forget anything. Boil the beets in their skins, peel and grate on a grater with large holes.
Step 2. Peel the carrots and grate them.
Step 3. Wash the beef tenderloin and boil it in water with salt and spices. Add spices as desired. Cool the meat and cut into bars.
Step 4. Also boil the potatoes in their skins, then cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Step 5. Hard-boil chicken eggs and cool them in cold water. After this, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Save one egg for decoration.
Step 6. Grate the cheese. For a brighter salad taste, use salted cheese.
Step 7. To assemble the salad, take a large flat dish. Make the first layer from half of the grated boiled potatoes, brush it with mayonnaise.
Step 8. Next, add a layer of boiled beets, salt it, brush with mayonnaise and sprinkle with half of the chopped walnuts.
Step 9. Mix 2/3 of the grated cheese with a chopped clove of garlic and spread this mixture in the third layer. Also coat it with mayonnaise.

Step 1. Cool all boiled vegetables, meat and chicken eggs. Take all the other products that are on the list.
Step 2. Peel vegetables and eggs. Separately, grate the beets, potatoes, carrots and hard cheese on a large-hole grater. Separate the whites from the yolks, grate the whites on a coarse grater, and the yolks on the finest grater.Cut the boiled pork into very small cubes, chop the nuts with a knife. Pass a clove of garlic through a press and mix the mixture with mayonnaise.
Step 3: Assemble the salad on a flat plate. The first layer will be from half of the boiled potatoes, apply a mayonnaise mesh on it.
Step 4. The second layer will be beets, also coat them with mayonnaise.
Step 5. Next, add grated carrots and coat the layer with mayonnaise.
