- Parmesan cheese – 150 g.
- Eggs – 2 pcs.

- Honey – 1 tsp.
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
Cooking process:
1. Divide the salad into leaves and wash each one under running cool water. Tear the leaves with your hands and place in a deep bowl.
2. Cut the bread into cubes, place in a hot frying pan with crushed garlic fried in oil and fry for 2 tbsp. l. butter until golden brown, stirring constantly to ensure even cooking.
3. For the sauce, place mustard and honey in a separate bowl, squeeze out 1 clove of garlic and break 2 eggs, add lemon juice. Mix with a blender, slowly add 1 tsp. olive oil and whisk again.
4. Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into very thin strips and fry in oil with garlic until golden brown.
5. Boil the shrimp in salted water, cool and start cleaning.

Ingredients:
- Lettuce leaves – 1 bunch
- Unpeeled tiger shrimps – 200 g.
- Lightly salted salmon – 100 g.
- Wheat bread (loaf) – 250 g.
- Cherry tomato – 4 pcs.
- Parmesan cheese – 60 g.
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp. l.
For the dressing sauce:
- Sour cream – 100 g.
- Garlic – 3 cloves

Cooking process:

1. Cut the onion into half rings, squeeze a little and marinate in 1 tbsp. l. vinegar for half an hour.
2. Wash the avocado and separate it from the pit; to do this, cut it into halves and turn the halves 90 degrees, pick out the pit from the other half with a knife. Remove the skin from the fruit and cut into half rings.
3. Cook the shrimp in boiling water, salted and, if desired, with peppercorns, for 5 minutes. If your product is already boiled, just pour boiling water over it for 2 minutes. Transfer the shrimp to a colander, cool and peel.
4. Cut the cheese into small cubes, dip in egg, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in plenty of oil. Transfer to a plate with a napkin to remove excess fat and while still hot, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Ingredients:
- Romaine lettuce – 2 bunches
- Unpeeled raw shrimp – 350 g.
- Wheat bread (loaf) – 250 g.
- Dill – 1 bunch
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Peppercorns – 5 pcs.
- Parmesan cheese – 150 g.
- Cherry tomatoes – 7 pcs.
- Quail eggs – 6 pcs.
- Salt - a pinch
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp. l.
For refueling:
- Worcestershire (Worcestershire) sauce - 1 tbsp. l.
- Dijon mustard beans – 1 tbsp. l.
- Lemon – ½ pc.

- Pitted olives – ½ can
- Squid 200 g.
- Lettuce leaves – 100 g.
- Unpeeled shrimp – 150 g.
- Cherry tomato – 8 pcs.

For the dressing sauce:
- Parsley – 1 bunch
- Soy sauce – 4 tbsp. l.
- Sugar – 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking process:

5. Cut the cherry into halves or quarters.

- Lemon juice – 4 tbsp. l.
- Lettuce leaves – 1 bunch
- Peeled shrimp – 600 g.
- Wheat bread (loaf) – 250 g.
- Cherry tomato – 3 pcs.
- Garlic – 6 cloves
- Butter – 40 g.
- Parmesan cheese – 100 g.
- Olive oil 80 ml.
For the dressing sauce:
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Canned anchovy (fillet) – 100 g.
- Mustard – 1 tbsp. l.
- Pepper, salt
Cooking process:
1. Cut the wheat bread into cubes and fry in a hot frying pan with olive oil and pieces of garlic. Remove the croutons and garlic from the oil into a plate.
2. Pour boiling water over the shrimp for 20 seconds, drain the water and throw them into the same hot frying pan, fry for 3 minutes in butter, then remove to another dish.
3. Divide the salad into leaves, wash well and dry. Place in the refrigerator briefly to cool. Finely grate the cheese.
4. Pour 50 g of water into a separate bowl, add lemon juice from half a lemon, 2 yolks with mustard, salt and pepper, mix. Place the bowl on the fire and wait for it to boil, stirring. As soon as the first bubbles appear, remove from heat.
5. Let the sauce cool for 10 minutes.Add the anchovies and fried garlic and blend the sauce in a blender until smooth.
6. Place torn lettuce, croutons, shrimp and cheese on a plate. Pour the sauce over the salad and garnish with cherry halves.
How to prepare sauce for Caesar salad with shrimp?
Worcestershire sauce is considered the best dressing for Caesar salad, but what to do if it is very little or is not available. Of course, you can make a great Shrimp Caesar Salad Dressing at home without much effort. It's not difficult and very tasty!
Ingredients for 5 servings:
- Extra vergine olive oil – 40 g.
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp. l.
- Egg – 2 pcs.
- Balsamic vinegar – 1 tsp.
- Mustard – ½ tsp.
- Canned anchovies – 8 fillets
- Sunflower oil – 30 g.
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Cooking process:
1. Take a small saucepan and boil water in it with a pinch of salt. Break an egg at room temperature into boiling water and immediately remove from heat, leave for 1 minute and use a slotted spoon to remove the egg from the boiling water and let cool.
2. Place it in a blender bowl and add mustard, lemon juice and beat the mass with a submersible blender at minimum speed. Add both types of oil in a thin stream, continuing to whisk until the sauce becomes thick.
3. Finely chop the anchovy fillets and add to the bowl. This is a very important ingredient, it will give a slight taste of fish. Process with a blender until completely smooth.
