- Sushi rice – ½ tbsp.
- Water – 1 tbsp.
- Rice/apple vinegar – ¼ tbsp.
- Salt – 1 tsp.
- Granulated sugar – 1.5 tbsp.
- Lightly salted red fish – 200 gr.
- Avocado – 1-2 pcs.
- Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
- Curd cheese – 200 gr.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Wash the rice until the water is clear, cook under the lid on minimal heat for about 15 minutes. Then, remove the lid and quickly add a linen towel, close the lid tightly again and leave for another 10-15 minutes. Then season with a mixture of vinegar, granulated sugar and salt, let it cool.
Step 2. Cut the red fish fillet into cubes.
Step 3. Cut the soft avocado pulp and fresh cucumber into pieces of the same size.
Step 4.Place the split ring on a flat plate and line the bottom with cling film, if desired, grease the walls with mayonnaise and proceed to assembly: distribute 1/3 of the rice in an even layer and compact it.
