- Sugar – 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste.
- Dill – 4 sprigs.
- Bay leaf – 2 pcs.
- Allspice peas - to taste.
- Universal seasoning - to taste.
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Cooking process:
1. Wash the pork, put it in a pressure cooker, add bay leaf and black pepper, add water and put it on the fire to cook.
