- Mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp.

Cooking process:
1. Wash a fresh piece of pork thoroughly under water, dry it with paper towels and cut into fairly large cubes, approximately the same size.Salt and season with spices.
2. In a deep bowl, combine the meat with mushrooms and add mayonnaise, mix, cover with cling film and put in a cool place for at least 6 hours.
3. While the main ingredient is marinating, let’s take care of the vegetables. We cut the onions into thick rings, and also cut the small tomatoes into rounds. We clean the sweet bell peppers from seeds and cut them into large slices.
