Homemade shawarma with chicken in pita bread is prepared simply and quickly. Any chicken meat (fillet, thigh) is fried in a pan with seasonings. In this recipe, we use cucumbers, lettuce and some Korean carrots as a vegetable mix for chicken. We prepare the sauce from sour cream with mustard and garlic.

Shawarma is very easy to prepare at home.Immediately prepare all the ingredients for homemade shawarma according to the recipe. Rinse the chicken meat and dry it with a napkin.

Step 1. Rinse the pork, be sure to dry it with a napkin and cut into small pieces. Fry them until cooked for 5-7 minutes with stirring and without adding oil.
Step 2. For the sauce, in a separate bowl, mix garlic minced through a garlic press with finely chopped dill and mayonnaise.
