- Yeast puff pastry – 500 gr.
- Apples (large) – 3 pcs.
- Starch – 1 tbsp.
- Granulated sugar – 3 tbsp.
- Flour – 20 gr.
- Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp.
- Egg – 1 pc.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Remove the dough layers from the freezer in advance.
Step 2. Cut each sheet into three equal parts.
Step 3. Lightly roll out each segment and make small cuts on one half (see photo).
Step 4. Prepare the filling: cut out the seeds from the apples, cut the pulp into cubes, sprinkle with sugar and starch so that during the heat treatment the fruit does not “spread.”
