Classic sour cream in the oven is prepared quickly and easily. Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt, regular sugar and vanilla sugar.Beat the products with a mixer for 2-3 minutes. Then add sour cream, softened or melted butter and baking soda. Mix everything well again with a mixer.

Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl with the dough through a fine sieve. Knead the dough with a spatula; it will turn out quite thick.

Place the dough in a heat-resistant form, greased with oil. Place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Baking time – 35-40 minutes. Remove the finished cake from the mold, cool and smooth the edges with a knife.

- Premium wheat flour – 300 gr.
- Baking powder for dough – 1.5 tsp.

- Chicken eggs – 4 pcs.
- Vanilla sugar – 30 gr.
- Sugar – 4 tbsp.
Cooking process:
Step 1.Before grating the butter, freeze it well in the freezer.
Step 2. Add sugar to the shaved butter.
Step 3. Break one chicken egg.
Step 4. Mix wheat flour with baking powder and sift into a bowl with existing ingredients.
Step 5. Knead the shortbread dough with your hands and roll it into a ball.
Step 6. Grease a heat-resistant pan with a diameter of 24 centimeters with butter. Roll out the dough on a flat surface into a layer about half a centimeter thick.
Step 7: Transfer the batter to the pan and spread it to create a high-sided base.
Step 8. For the filling, mix sour cream, eggs, vanilla and simple sugar in a bowl. Bring the mixture until smooth.

For dessert you will need the most ordinary products that can easily be found in the store closest to your home.

- Sugar – 120-150 gr.
- Baking powder for dough – 10 g.

- Vegetable oil - for greasing the mold.
For cream:
- Sour cream 25% – 400 gr.
- Powdered sugar – 1-2 tbsp.
- Vanilla sugar – 10 gr.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Turn on the oven in advance so that it warms up to 180 degrees. Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt, and start beating them with a mixer. Then gradually pour in a portion of sugar and continue beating until a fluffy light mass is formed. Add sour cream and beat for another minute.
Step 2. Mix wheat flour with baking powder. Add the resulting mixture to the sour cream and egg mixture and use a mixer to bring the dough until smooth.
Step 3. To bake the cakes, take two heat-resistant pans of the same diameter. Place parchment or foil on the bottom of the molds and grease the side walls with vegetable oil. Divide the dough into two parts equal to 2/3 and 1/3 of the total amount. Add cocoa to most of it and mix the mixture.
Step 4. Pour the white dough into one mold and the chocolate dough into the other. Level the mixture with a spatula to create a smooth surface. Bake the white cake for 10-12 minutes, the chocolate cake for 16-18 minutes. Baking time directly depends on the power and characteristics of your oven.
Step 5. To check the readiness of the cake, pierce it with a wooden skewer. If it is ready, the skewer will remain dry.
Step 6. Prepare sour cream. Using a mixer, beat sour cream and powdered sugar. To prevent the cream from being too liquid, use thicker sour cream.
Step 7. Cut the cakes to a smaller diameter; these trimmings will be needed to decorate the cake. Cut the chocolate cake in half lengthwise.

Step 1. It is better to first rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. In a bowl of suitable size, mix sifted flour, cottage cheese, baking powder, milk and vegetable oil. Knead the dough to a uniform consistency so that it is soft and non-sticky.
Step 2. For baking, take a springform pan and grease it with vegetable oil. Use the dough to make a pie base. It is not necessary to roll out the dough with a rolling pin; you can spread it with your fingers along the bottom of the pan and make high sides.
Step 3. Now beat three chicken eggs with sugar until fluffy.
Step 4. Next, add cottage cheese, sour cream and flour to the egg mixture, mix everything well.
Step 5. Transfer the sour cream filling onto the dough base. Scatter the berries on top.

Step 1. All products on the list must be fresh and of high quality.
Step 2. Pour three tablespoons of sugar into a bowl and add two chicken yolks. Beat these products with a whisk or mixer.
Step 3. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft. Add soft butter and vanilla tincture to the beaten yolks. Mix everything well.
Step 4. Then sift the flour through a sieve and knead into a homogeneous dough.
Step 5. Spread the finished dough over the bottom of the pan and form high sides around the entire circumference. Place the pan with the base in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
Step 6: Prepare the filling. Place cottage cheese in a bowl and add sour cream, two whites and two whole eggs, four tablespoons of sugar and salt to taste.
Step 7. Using an immersion blender, puree all the ingredients until the mixture is completely homogeneous.
Step 8Remove the slightly baked base from the oven.

- Sour cream 25% – 400 gr.
- Powdered sugar – 4 tbsp.
- Vanillin – 2 gr.
- Cream thickener – 1 sachet.
- Strawberry jam – 1 tbsp.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Collect on the table all the necessary products indicated in the list and you can begin.
Step 2. In a bowl, mix 15% sour cream, chicken egg and sugar.
Step 3. Add sifted flour, cocoa powder and baking powder to the resulting mass. Mix everything well until smooth.
Step 4. The dough can be baked in different ways, we will use a slow cooker. Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and place the dough into it. Bake on the Baking setting for 45 minutes.
Step 5. Cool the finished chocolate cake.
Step 6. Prepare sour cream.For it, it is better to use fattier sour cream, then the mass will turn out thick. Whisk the heavy sour cream, powdered sugar, cream thickener and vanilla.

Step 3. The finished dough will be soft and elastic; gather it into a ball.
Step 4. Next, spread the resulting dough with your hands over the entire area of the heat-resistant form, make sides. Place the pan with the base in the freezer while you make the filling.And you can now turn on the oven to warm it up.
Step 5. For the filling, beat the eggs with sugar until the mixture turns white.
Step 6. Place sour cream in the egg mixture and add raspberries. Mix the filling well again. Moreover, the berries can be punched with a blender if you want to get a uniform texture of the filling.
Step 7. Remove the dough from the freezer and pour the sour cream filling onto it.
Step 8. Place the mold with the workpiece in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. The top of the finished pie should not wobble.

Step 1. Select all products from the list. You will also need a heat-resistant, preferably springform pan for baking sour cream.
Step 2. Warm the milk slightly and pour it into a bowl. Add yeast, butter, one chicken egg, salt, wheat flour and half a tablespoon of sugar. Knead a homogeneous dough, leave it warm for an hour.
Step 3. After proofing, knead the dough with your hands again and roll it into a round layer larger in diameter by 2-3 centimeters.

Step 1. Soak the gelatin in water according to the instructions on the package.
Step 2. Break the cookies into pieces and place in a blender bowl. Grind it to crumbs.
Step 3. Melt the butter over low heat and mix it with the shortbread crumbs.
Step 4. The mass should not be very greasy, but not too dry.
Step 5. Line the springform pan with parchment. Place the sand mass in the mold and level the layer, compact it well.
Step 6. Place sour cream in a separate bowl and pour in condensed milk, stir.

Step 1. Break the chicken eggs into a bowl and add 200 grams of sugar to them. Beat the products well with a mixer. You should have a fluffy light mass.
Step 2. Add kefir to the beaten eggs and continue working with the mixer.
Step 3. Sift the flour through a sieve and pour into the liquid part of the dough. Knead the mixture until smooth.
Step 4. The dough should be homogeneous, without flour lumps.
Step 5. Divide the dough into two parts. Pour baking soda, half the citric acid and a teaspoon of flour into one and mix.
Step 6. Cover the pan with parchment and place the dough into it.
Step 7. Bake the cake in the oven at 170 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Then remove the cake from the mold and cool it.

Step 13. Place nuts, 25 grams of sugar and a tablespoon of cocoa in a blender bowl. Grind the ingredients to form a crumbly mixture.
