- Granulated sugar 3 (tablespoons)
- Salt 1.5 (tablespoons)
- Tomato paste 100 (grams)
- Apple cider vinegar 5% 2 (tablespoons)

Prepare Sugo sauce with basil for the winter.Rinse the tomatoes and pour boiling water for 10-15 minutes.

Without wasting time, cut the onion into quarter rings, cut the pepper into strips, chop the garlic as desired.
