- Plums – 1 kg.
- Cilantro – 40 gr.
- Dill – 30 gr.
- Mint – 20 gr.
- Garlic – 2 teeth.

- Salt – 2 tsp.
- Khmeli-suneli – 2 tsp.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Wash the greens and shake off excess water, finely chop the dill, cilantro and mint.
Step 2. In a plate with high sides, mix the greens with chopped chili pepper and garlic.
Step 3. Place the plums in a saucepan of a suitable size, fill completely with water, and bring to a boil.
Step 4. Rub the plum pulp through a sieve and pour into a saucepan.

Step 1. Rinse and dry the tomatoes with paper towels, cut out the stems and cut the pulp into slices.
Step 2. We do the same with apples.
Step 3. Place the tomato and apple slices into a suitable sized saucepan.
Step 4. Cover the container with a lid and bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until soft. Add spices: cinnamon stick, nutmeg, peppercorns and cloves. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
Step 5. Then rub the mixture through a fine sieve.
Step 6. Return the homogeneous mixture to a heat-resistant bowl, add salt and sugar.
Step 7. Season the sauce with garlic, passed through a press, and cook over low heat for another 15 minutes.
Step 8. Blend the ingredients with a blender, pour in vinegar and bring to a boil - immediately turn off the heat.

- Table vinegar 9% – 1 tbsp.
- Khmeli-suneli – 2 tsp.

Step 1. Peel the sweet peppers, onions and garlic cloves - cut into random pieces.
Step 2. Grind the prepared vegetables, as well as tomatoes, through a meat grinder and place on low heat.
Step 3. As soon as the mass has boiled, place a sieve on top and remove excess juice, this manipulation will reduce the cooking time.
Step 4. Next, add vegetable oil, sugar, salt and suneli hops to the mixture and simmer for another 20 minutes.
Step 5. After the time has passed, add finely chopped garlic, mix and keep on fire for another 5 minutes.
Step 6. Turn off the heat and stir in a tablespoon of vinegar.

- Onion – 500 gr.
- Bell pepper – 700 gr.
- Garlic – 1 head.
- Green basil – 1 bunch.
- Purple basil – 1 bunch.
- Cilantro - to taste.
- Dill - to taste.
- Granulated sugar – 2 tbsp.
- Salt – 1.5 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil – 80 ml.
- Vinegar 9% – 1 tbsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Wash and dry the vegetables. Peel the onion and pass it through a meat grinder along with the tomatoes.
Step 2. Cut the bell pepper randomly, remove the seeds and membranes, and also chop it.
Step 3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan (don’t touch the garlic for now), bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes. Add vegetable oil, salt and sugar.
Step 4. Without wasting time, finely chop the greens.
Step 5. Add the herbs and garlic minced through the garlic into the sauce, cook for another 20 minutes and stir in the vinegar. We pack the aromatic product into pre-sterilized jars and cool it upside down under a thick blanket.

- Cherry plum – 3 kg.
- Garlic - to taste.
- Bell pepper – 2-3 pcs.

- Ground coriander – 1 tsp.
- Spices - to taste.
- Water – 100 ml.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Place the washed cherry plum in a pan and pour in 100 milliliters of water.
Step 2. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
Step 3. We rub the mass through a sieve with small holes.
Step 4. Grind the sweet pepper pulp and pour it into a container with fruit pulp.
Step 5. Season with granulated sugar, salt and a mixture of peppers.
