- Tomatoes 500 gr. (ground)
- Celery 1 PC. (stem)
- Carrot 1 (things)
- Bulb onions 1 (things)
- Garlic 1 (parts)
- Dry white wine 100 (milliliters)
- Meat broth 300 (milliliters)
- Parmesan cheese (or other hard cheese) 50 (grams)
- Olive oil 3 (tablespoons)
- Seasoning taste

To speed up the process and for your own convenience, we lay out the entire necessary food set on the work surface.

Cut the celery stalk, carrots, garlic and onion into small cubes of the same size and fry in heated olive oil.

Add the twisted beef to the softened vegetables, mix and cook for 10 minutes.

Pour wine over the ingredients and evaporate the alcohol.

Now add grated tomatoes, broth, seasonings and salt into the sauce. Mix the ingredients and simmer over low heat for half an hour.

Step 2.We begin frying the chopped ingredients in melted butter and also add mushroom slices.
Step 3. At the same time, bring water in a saucepan to a boil, add salt and cook the pasta until tender. Drain the broth and leave the spaghetti under the lid.
Step 4. Carefully break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. We don't need whites in this recipe.
Step 5. Pour the entire portion of cream into the yolks and beat with a whisk.

- Minced chicken – 350 gr.
- Onion – 1 pc.

- Granulated sugar – 1 tsp.
- Oregano – 0.5 tsp.

Step 1.Place the twisted meat in a bowl, followed by finely chopped onion (1/2 piece), salt, ground pepper and 5 grams of chicken seasoning.
Step 2. Mix the components thoroughly until the additives are evenly distributed.
Step 3. Using wet palms, form small balls.
Step 4. In heated vegetable oil, fry the meatballs on all sides until golden brown - transfer to a plate.
Step 5. In the same frying pan, sauté the chopped carrots and remaining onions, two minutes is enough.

- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
- Ground coriander – 3 pinches.

Cooking process:
Step 1. Peel the onions and carrots, cut the onions into half rings, and chop the carrots using a grater - put them in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil. Boil water in a saucepan to cook pasta.
Step 2. Saute assorted vegetables until soft over heat, slightly above medium.
Step 3. Add some salt to the boiling water and add spaghetti, from the time indicated on the package, do not cook for 1 minute.

Cooking process:
Step 1. We “free” the onion from the husk and cut it into cubes.
Step 2. Fry the onion in melted butter until golden brown.
Step 3. Pour boiling water over the thoroughly washed seafood and remove the skin and entrails, rinse again and cut into strips.
Step 4. Add the squid to the sautéed onion, stir and fry for three minutes.
Step 5. Pour cream over the seafood, add salt, ground pepper and nutmeg - simmer under the lid for exactly 4 minutes.
Step 6. Dip spaghetti into boiling salted water and cook according to instructions.
Step 7. Transfer to a sieve and drain the broth.
