Step 1. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes. Wash the asparagus, cut off the rough parts of the stem and also cut into small pieces. Reserve the topmost parts of the stems for garnishing the soup.
Step 2. Boil water in a saucepan, add salt and add asparagus tips. Boil for a couple of minutes and remove.
Step 3. Cut the shallot into strips and fry in olive oil until translucent.
Step 4: Then add the potatoes and asparagus to the onions. Fry vegetables over medium heat for 7-8 minutes. Stir them so they don't burn.
