- Ground black pepper - to taste.

- Bay leaf – 1 pc.
- Drinking water – 2.5 l.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Pour water into the container in which you are going to cook the food. Set on medium heat and bring to a boil.
Step 2. Remove the peel from the onion. Finely chop the heads.
Step 3. Do the same with the garlic cloves. Grind through a garlic press. Adjust the amount of garlic yourself.I like it spicier.
Step 4. Immerse the onion and bay leaf in boiling water.
Step 5. Next, do the same steps with garlic.
Step 6. Next, lower the beef or any other stew that you have.
Step 7. To taste, add a bouillon cube if desired. The cube can be replaced with your favorite spices. For example, khmeli-suneli.
Step 8. Season with ketchup.
Step 9. Next add tomato paste.
Step 10. Measure out the required amount of rice. Rinse and dip into broth. Once the contents boil, reduce the heat. Take a sample and add spices if necessary. If you like it spicy, add red chili pepper. Cook until the rice is completely cooked. Remove from the burner.
