Cooking process:
Step 1. Cut the washed and dried meat into medium slices and mix with ground pepper and salt.
Step 2. Peel the vegetables and rinse with water, finely chop the onion.
Step 3. Using a grater, chop the carrots.
Step 4. Chop the potatoes as desired.
Step 5. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion for 4-5 minutes until light brown.
Step 6. Add the meat to the onion and fry until the moisture evaporates and there is a light crust.
