First of all, take the beans. They require pre-cooking.

Measure out 100 grams. I found frozen beans in the refrigerator; unlike dried beans, they do not require pre-soaking and cook much faster.

Place the frozen beans in a saucepan and pour boiling water over them. Cook over low heat for approximately 15 minutes. Then remove from the stove and drain the water.

Remove the peel from the onion and garlic and finely chop. I used red onions, but white ones would work too.

Heat a frying pan and coat the bottom with vegetable oil. Throw in the chopped aromatic vegetables and brown.

Rinse the carrots, peel them with a vegetable peeler and grate them. I had frozen carrots that did not require pre-peeling.

Add carrot shavings to the fried vegetables. Cook until soft, stirring constantly.

Wash small potatoes thoroughly. I use a brush to wash vegetables. Peel with a vegetable peeler. Cut the peeled root vegetables into small cubes.

Place the potato cubes in the pot with the beans. Fill with water and place on medium heat. Toss in the browned vegetables.

- Garlic – 2 cloves.
- Salt - to taste.
- Ground black pepper - to taste.
- Greens - to taste.

Cooking process:
Step 1. Place the minced chicken in a container, break the egg, add salt and pepper. Knead well. Roll meatballs of the same size from the prepared minced meat.
Step 2. Rinse the carrots, peel them with a vegetable peeler and grate them. Remove the peel from the onion and cut it in a convenient way. I cut it into half rings.
Step 3. Wash medium-sized potatoes thoroughly with a vegetable brush. Remove the peel with a vegetable peeler. Cut the peeled root vegetables into cubes.
Step 4. Remove the skin from the champignons and cut off the darkened stem. Cut as you like.It is better not to wash the mushrooms so that they do not absorb excess moisture.
Step 5. Pour 3 liters of water into a thick-walled saucepan. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. When the water boils well, add the potato wedges.
Step 6. After 10 minutes, add carrots, onions and meatballs. Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2. Remove the husks from the bulbs. Chop the peeled onion as desired. Heat a frying pan and grease the bottom with vegetable oil. Throw in the chopped aromatic onion and brown. Remove the browned onion from the pan.
Step 3. Rinse the carrots, peel them with a vegetable peeler and grate them. Fry in oil.
Step 4. Place the ground beef in a container, break the chicken egg, add salt and pepper. Add half the fried onion.
Step 5. Knead the minced meat well until smooth so that the spices and onions are evenly distributed.
