    Good fish, but there is absolutely no need to bake it for an hour or 50 minutes (as in some recipes) just to bring the potatoes to softness. For fish (any kind of sea fish) half an hour is enough; if you want it with potatoes, bake or fry/boil the potatoes in advance until half cooked, and then cook with fish. The main dish is fish; it doesn’t need extra heat treatment.
