We start cooking with the dough: carefully break the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Place the yolks in a bowl and rub with a fork with granulated sugar and butter at room temperature.

In a separate container, beat the egg whites with baking soda and vinegar.

Combine the two mixtures into one.

Add sifted flour in small portions and knead the dough.

- Flour – 3 tbsp.
- Granulated sugar – ½ tbsp.
- Butter/margarine – 200 gr.

- Salt – 1 pinch.
- Table vinegar – 1 tsp.
Cooking process:

- Vegetable oil – 1 tsp.
- Chopped walnut kernels – 1 handful.
Cooking process:

- Flour – 300 gr.
- Boiled condensed milk – 1 can.
- Kefir – 200 ml.
- Butter/margarine – 100 gr. + 100 gr.
- Granulated sugar – 100 gr.
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Soda – 0.5 tsp.
- Nuts - to taste.
Cooking process:
Step 1. First of all, melt the butter in a water bath. At the same time, beat the eggs with sugar until foamy, and pour the sweet mass into the slightly cooled butter. Add kefir and mix well.
Step 2. In a separate bowl, mix baking soda with flour, and add the resulting mixture in small handfuls to the butter mixture. Knead the dough and wrap it in a bag, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3. Pinch off pieces from the cooled base and roll into a ball the size of a large cherry. Place the semi-finished products in a hot nut pan and bake, closing the lid, for about 2 minutes on each side. Then cool the workpieces and carefully remove them.
Step 4. For the filling, beat boiled condensed milk and soft butter with a mixer - fill the halves and fasten them together.
