Batter for sausage rolls can easily be made at home.We remove the casing from the semi-finished meat products; we first remove the other components from the refrigerator, as they should be at room temperature.

Mix water with milk in a container, heat it a little and pour in the yeast and sugar - leave under the lid until a foamy cap forms.

At the same time, crack the chicken eggs and pour into the yeast mixture.

Gradually stir in the sifted wheat flour.
