Homemade phyllo dough

Filo pastry is thin layers of dough prepared with minimal added fat and liquid. Because of this feature, phyllo has an incredibly delicate and multi-layered texture, which should be stored exclusively frozen, and when opening the package, cover the sheets with a damp towel. And it’s a pleasure to cook from such dough, because it goes well with a variety of fillings.
