Step 1. Lay out paper towels on the work surface of the table. Place the required amount of strawberries in a colander and wash them with running water. Transfer the berries to towels and let them dry.
Step 2. We sort out the strawberries (400 grams). We discard the spoiled ones and remove the stalks. Cut the berries into several pieces.
Step 3. Place the strawberries in a blender bowl and grind them until pureed.
Step 4. Pour heavy cream into a deep container. Beat them with a mixer until soft peaks appear. Pour powdered sugar into the creamy mixture. Next we send the pre-chilled cheese. Beat the ingredients until stiff peaks form and the mass becomes fluffy.
Step 5. Dip the cookies into the strawberry sauce.We blot it from all sides. Place on the bottom of the glass pan and cover with a layer of half the cream. We repeat the procedure and put the dessert in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours. Before serving, decorate the dessert with the remaining strawberries.

Step 1. Place the cheese in a deep container and stir it with a spoon. As a result, the mass should become fluffy and smooth.
Step 2. Pour heavy cream into the cheese. Mix the ingredients until a homogeneous, smooth mass becomes cream-like.
Step 3. Pour the coffee into a separate bowl and pour boiling water over it. Brew a strong drink. Add the sugar base and mix. Cool the coffee and mix it with cognac. Dip the cookies into the mixture and place them on the bottom of the glass mold.
Step 4. Spread the cookie layer with half the cream. Repeat the procedure with the remaining cookies and cream.
Step 5. Sprinkle the cream layer thickly with cocoa powder. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 4 hours so that it is thoroughly soaked.

This recipe is not quite ordinary, since orange syrup is used to soak the cookies.The dessert will also contain fresh strawberries and an unusually delicate ricotta-based cream.

Step 2. Now let's make the tiramisu cream. Place the ricotta in a separate container and add the cheese. Add powdered sugar (reserve a small amount for impregnation) and orange zest. Beat the ingredients with a mixer until smooth. The mass should become creamy.
Step 3. We sort out the strawberries. We get rid of spoiled berries, remove the “tails”. Place the strawberries in a colander and rinse with running water. Let the berries dry and cut into pieces.
Step 4. Prepare the syrup. Pour powdered sugar into a saucepan. Then squeeze the juice out of the orange fruits and add it to the container. Add cinnamon and ginger. Lightly heat the syrup and additives on the stove until the powdered sugar dissolves. Place a layer of cookies in special bowls. Soak it in syrup and cover it with cream. Then spread strawberries and mint on top of the cream.
Step 5. Repeat the process of laying layers (the last layer is strawberries). Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for 2 hours to cool and soak.

Step 1. Pour heavy cream into a deep bowl. Add cheese, a pinch of vanillin and powdered sugar to them. Add liqueur to the cream (one tablespoon). Mix the cream with a spoon or beat with a mixer.
Step 2. Pour instant coffee into a separate bowl and fill it with water, which we bring to a boil in advance. Brew the coffee mixture. Place the cream and cheese into special bowls.
Step 3. Dip the cookies into the coffee mixture on one side only. Place the dry side of the cookies on top of the cream.
Step 4. Defrost the cherries in advance. Place the berries on top of the cookies and spread them with cream.Step 5. Cover the cream again with cookies soaked in coffee mixture on one side. Place a portion of cherries, slightly smaller than the previous one. Cover the berries with cream. Chop the chocolate with a knife.
Step 6. Decorate the dessert with cocktail cherries and chocolate. Refrigerate the tiramisu for about two to four hours.
