How to cook stewed potatoes with ribs? Pour vegetable oil into the pan. We heat it on the stove. Separate the pork ribs from each other using a knife. Place them in a pan with vegetable oil and fry until golden brown.

Place the cooked ribs from the pan onto a plate. Wash the bell pepper and remove its stem with a knife.Then cut the fruit in half to remove the core. Cut the pepper and pre-peeled onion into small cubes. Place the vegetables in the pan with the remaining oil and pork fat. Sauté them for 10 minutes until soft.

Turn off the stove, add bay leaf, black and cayenne pepper, and paprika to the pepper and onion. Mix the mass. Place the ribs on top of the vegetables and add water to the ingredients. Turn on the stove again. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Cover the container with a lid and continue to cook the mixture for about an hour, until the meat becomes softer and easily separates from the bone.

Wash the potatoes with running water and cut off the skins with a knife. Rinse the root vegetables again and cut into large pieces. Place the potatoes in the pan with the ribs and vegetables. If there is not enough liquid in the container, add a little more water.

Bring the mixture to a boil again and simmer for about half an hour. If the potatoes have not yet cooked and become soft, continue cooking. Then turn off the stove and add parsley, previously washed and chopped, to the dish. Cover the pan with a lid, let the mixture thicken and brew.

- Pork ribs – 1.5 kg.
- Potatoes – 1 kg.
- Carrots – 3 pcs.

- Dried cumin – 1 pinch.
- Dried basil – 1 pinch.
- Soy sauce – 3 tbsp.

Cooking process:
1. Wash the ribs with running water, and then remove all excess veins with a knife and cut them into pieces according to the bones.
2. Pour soy sauce and 100 grams of water into a small separate container. Mix the ingredients and dip each piece of meat on the bone into the mixture. Let the ribs marinate.
3. Connect the multicooker and set the “Baking” mode. If there is no such mode, set it to “Frying”. When the equipment heats up, pour a little sunflower oil into the bowl.
4. Place the ribs in the multicooker bowl and pour the soy sauce in which they were marinated. Fry them for 20 minutes. Don't forget to constantly turn the ribs during the frying process. We cut the vegetables - pre-peeled and washed carrots, peeled onions and peppers, freed from seeds - as finely as possible. Carrots can be grated on a coarse grater.
5. Add chopped vegetables to the prepared ribs and cook the dish for about three minutes, stirring constantly. We wash and peel the potatoes, and then rinse them and cut them into large cubes so that you don’t end up with mashed potatoes. Add potatoes to meat and vegetables. Mix the mixture and add warm water (400 grams). Season the dish with salt and black pepper. Mix and leave in the same mode for 40 minutes.
6. 10 minutes before the end of stewing the dish, change the mode and set it to “Warming food”. Sprinkle ribs with potatoes with cumin and basil. Place the peeled garlic cloves.

Beef is a meat that needs to be cooked for quite a long time until tender. But it’s worth it, because the result is a very aromatic, satisfying and tasty dish.
Cooking time – 3 hours.

Ingredients:
- Beef ribs – 500 gr.
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Carrots – 1 pc.
- Potatoes – 500-600 gr.
- Soy sauce – 3-4 tbsp.
- Provençal herbs – ½ tsp.
- Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp.
- Greens (fresh or dried) - to taste.
- Water is for extinguishing.
Cooking process:
1. Before cooking, wash the beef ribs thoroughly. Then put them in a clean, dry container (or any other deep container) and pour soy sauce over them, trying to do it evenly. Season the meat with Provençal herbs and turn it several times to soak it in the mixture. Let the ribs marinate for 30 minutes or more.
2. Wash the carrots thoroughly and peel them with a knife. Rinse the root vegetable again and cut into thin circles or slices, as you prefer. Cut the peeled onion into half rings. Pour a little vegetable oil into a saucepan with thick walls. Heat it on the stove and add the onion. Fry it for a couple of minutes. Add carrots to the onion and, stirring constantly, fry the vegetables for another 2 minutes.
3. Add beef ribs to the onions and carrots. Simmer them for 3-4 minutes, constantly turning them over so that the food browns evenly. Pour boiled water over the ribs and simmer over low heat until soft for at least an hour under the lid.
4. Wash the peeled potatoes thoroughly under running water. Chop them coarsely and add them to the pan (or cauldron). Salt the dish, mix and simmer for about 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
5. If you add fresh herbs to the dish, wash and chop them in advance. Place the product in a container and turn off the stove. Let the dish sit under the lid for 7-10 minutes and serve.
