Next, add gelatin and knead the minced meat well.

Sort walnuts from shells, partitions and other debris. Rinse and dry, chop lightly with a knife if desired. You can skip this step altogether if you don’t like experiments.

Let's start creating the product itself. Line the ham pan with a food bag. A baking sleeve can also easily cope with this function.

Tie the free edge tightly and secure the lid. Tighten the springs. Refrigerate the ham maker for 8 hours. I leave it overnight.

Next, place the ham in a saucepan with water, or, like I did, in a slow cooker. It is important that the ham pan is completely covered with water. Set the temperature to 85 degrees, select the “Cooking” or “Stewing” program, set the timer for 2 hours.

- Ground black pepper – 33 gr.
- Cold water – 65 ml.
Cooking process:
Step 1. First, measure out the spices - ground allspice, nutmeg, granulated sugar, ground black pepper and dried garlic. Pour into a bowl and stir well.
Step 2. Add table salt and sweet paprika to the dry spices. Stir until the spices become friends.
Step 3. So, take a fairly large chicken carcass.Rinse under running water and dry. Remove the chicken from skin, veins and bones. There is no need to remove the skin. Leave the bones and wings for the broth.
Step 4. As a result, you should get 1 kilogram 250 grams of clean meat. The amount of spices is calculated specifically for 1.25 kg of chicken.
Step 5. Cut the chicken pieces into thin strips.
Step 6. Place the prepared meat in a large bowl and pour in the prepared spices.
Step 7. Knead the meat thoroughly and quickly with your hands until you get a viscous mass that sticks to your hands.
Step 8. Cover the darkened meat with cling film and refrigerate overnight.
Step 9. Next, remove the prepared meat. Pour in cold water. Knead thoroughly until the water is completely absorbed. Let's start shaping the ham. Prepare a baking sleeve. Place minced chicken on the edge. For convenience, place a kitchen towel under the sleeve.
Step 10. Wrap the minced meat in a sleeve sheet. First cut the sleeve lengthwise. Twist the ends tightly.
Step 11. Tie the ends with silk thread or twine. Cut off the excess sleeves with scissors.
Step 12. For strength, tie string around the entire loaf. Place the prepared loaves in a pan lined with foil. Cook for 3 hours at 80 degrees.

Salt the meat with regular and nitrite salt. Mix well, mixing vigorously with your hands. You want it to be a viscous mass that sticks to your hands. Seal with cling film and refrigerate for 3 days.
Step 4. After 3 days, remove the meat from the refrigerator. Measure out a teaspoon of dried garlic. Send to the meat. Stir.

Today I’ll tell you how you can easily replace the device. The recipe may not seem quite ordinary, but the result will definitely please and surprise you.

- Chicken breast – 400 gr.
- Gelatin – 1.5 tbsp.
- Large avocado – ¼ pc.
- Milk – 2 tbsp.

Step 1. So, we need a can of canned fruit.

Step 1. Take all the ingredients you need according to the list. Rinse the chicken, I have the loin part. If you are afraid that it will be a little dry, take chicken thighs in half with the breast.
Step 2. Place the chicken meat in a thick-walled pan. Fill with water. Add salt and place on medium heat. Don't forget to remove any foam that has formed. Cook on low heat for about an hour, covered.
Step 3. Place the cooked chicken meat in a bowl and pour the broth into it. Cool. Measure out a cup of chicken broth and pour into a saucepan. Add gelatin, mix and leave to swell. High-quality gelatin will swell quickly. The remaining broth can be frozen and made into a light soup.
Step 4.Divide the cooled chicken meat into fibers or cut it as you like. Rinse and dry the bell pepper, remove the core and cut into cubes. Rinse the parsley, dry it and chop it with a knife. Mix the ingredients in a bowl. If necessary, add salt and pepper. Stir again.
Step 5. Melt the swollen gelatin over the fire, but do not boil. Add the liquid ingredients to the minced meat in a thin stream. Stir well. Instead of pepper, you can use carrots, green peas, quail eggs and whatever you like. Experiment.
