Step 1. Defrost the minced meat or use it chilled. I recommend making homemade minced meat by grinding fresh meat. Remove the skins from the onions and chop them.
Step 2. Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan and fry the onion until transparent.
Step 3. Add the minced meat to the onion and cook until the color changes. At the same time, stir frequently.
Step 4. Season with tomato paste and granulated sugar. Fry.
Step 5. Grate the washed tomato and send it for frying.

Step 7. Prepare the white sauce. Melt the butter on a hot surface and add flour.

Cooking process:
Step 1.Grind the beef in a meat grinder or use ready-made minced meat. We wash the spinach. Preheat the oven to 190°.
Step 2. Remove the husk from the onion and finely chop it.
Step 3. Transfer the minced meat into a large bowl, break the egg. Add chopped onion. Add meat seasoning, salt and pepper.
Step 4. Stir the mixture thoroughly and set aside.

Step 10. Mix the minced meat well.
Step 11. Visually divide the meat preparation by the number of times. Take the minced meat and distribute it on the surface.
Step 12. Add a spoonful of aromatic filling to the center.
Step 13. Fold the free edges towards the center and pinch well. The result is an oblong workpiece.
Step 14. Pour flour into a plate and bread the zrazy.
Step 15. Heat the frying pan and pour in the oil. Lay out the cutlets. Fry at moderate temperature until nicely crusted.
Step 16. Repeat the steps, turning over to the second side. After frying all the pieces, place them in a frying pan and pour water into the bottom. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat.
