Step 3. Pour the remaining milk into the pan. Place the container on the stove and bring the liquid to a boil. Add the mixture to the boiling milk in a thin stream, whisking constantly. Cook the cream over low heat for 5 minutes. To prevent it from burning, use a whisk to reach the bottom.
Step 4. A couple of minutes before the cream is ready, add vanilla sugar. Cover the thick mass with film and let cool. Then transfer the cooled cream into a mixer bowl, add melted butter to it and beat for about three minutes until smooth.
