Step 1. We start by preparing the cherries. Transfer it to a suitable container and pour boiling water mixed with sugar. Let it stand this way for 2-4 hours until completely defrosted.
Step 2. Grind the shortbread cookies into fine crumbs using a blender or masher. Then add melted butter to it and mix well.Line the bottom of a 22cm diameter springform pan with parchment paper and spread an even layer of cookie crumbs. Next, we send everything to preheated to 160OPlace in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3. Now prepare the filling. First, using an immersion blender, grind the cottage cheese to a homogeneous smooth mass. Next, add granulated sugar to it along with vanilla sugar, sour cream and beat it again with a blender.
