Step 1. Gather ingredients for a delicious snack. We use ready-made or homemade tartlets baked the day before.
Step 2. Place the cheese in a bowl and season with a spoonful of tartar or mayonnaise. If necessary, add salt and pepper. Knead vigorously. You should get a soft, smooth mass.
Step 3.Place the shortbread on a beautiful serving dish and fill it with cheese filling using a teaspoon.

Step 1. Prepare the products. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2. Cut the meat product into circles no more than 5 millimeters thick. Grind the cheese on a grater. Wash and wipe the tomato, cut into half circles. Finely chop the washed and dried greens.
Step 3. Mix grated cheese with chopped dill and parsley. We use any greens to taste. We choose cheese that is well meltable.
Step 4. Place a sheet of pita bread on the work surface. Soak with a thin layer of sour cream. Can be replaced with mayonnaise. Spread over the entire surface, taking in the edges.
