Step 5. Pour citrus juice and stir. Leave to marinate for a third of an hour at room temperature.

The second time I do it in the sleeve for 40 minutes at 190°, as in the last recipe. It turns out dry! Carrots, onions, sweet potatoes, tomatoes and even lemon discs with rind, all soft. And here I looked at Malozemov’s, and Martirosov baked eggplant and other vegetables wrapped in mackerel fillet for only 7 minutes. I think next time I will reduce the baking time by three times.
