Step 1. Prepare freshly picked boletus for frying. Remove the skins and forest debris from the mushrooms and rinse the boletus under running water.

Step 3. Throw the boiled butter in a colander, because the broth is no longer needed.
Step 4. Melt a piece of butter in a frying pan.
Step 5. In heated oil, fry the onions, quartered into rings, until lightly browned.
Step 6.Place the boiled butternuts in a frying pan and fry them for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring with a spatula.
Step 7. After all the liquid has evaporated, sprinkle the butter with flour, mix well so that the flour is saturated with oil, and fry for another couple of minutes.
Step 8. Lastly, pour sour cream over the mushrooms and add salt and black pepper. It is better to choose fatty sour cream so that it does not curdle. Mix the butter and sour cream well and simmer the dish for another 5 minutes.

Step 2. Grind a piece of hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3.Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the boiled butter with sliced onions. Transfer the fried boletus from the frying pan to a plate.
Step 4. Then in the same frying pan, adding a little vegetable oil, fry the potato slices until soft and light golden brown.

Step 2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the boiled butter in it until lightly browned and for 20 minutes.
Step 3. Clean and wash the carrots and onions. Grind the carrots and cut the onion into thin half rings.

They are served at the table as a separate dish or as an addition to potatoes, porridge or pasta, which is important for a Lenten table. They will also be a wonderful filling for savory homemade baked goods.Butter mushrooms must be boiled before frying, although frying raw mushrooms is possible. For this dish, choose boletus that is not suitable for marinating.

Step 1. Immediately sort freshly picked boletus by size and select large mushrooms.
Step 2. Then peel the selected boletus from the skin on the cap and forest debris, especially the stems.
Step 3. Soak the butter for 10 minutes in cold water, and then rinse well under running water.
Step 4. Cut clean butterfish into pieces and boil for 15 minutes in water with the addition of vinegar and salt. Throw the boiled boletus onto a sieve to remove the broth.
Step 5. Peel the onions, cut into small cubes and fry in heated vegetable oil until lightly browned.
Step 6. Add the boiled butter to the onion and fry over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Towards the end of frying, sprinkle the butter with salt to your personal taste, add peeled garlic through the garlic press, stir and turn off the heat.
