Peel the onion and finely chop it. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater.We wash the greens, dry them and finely chop them with a knife.

- Potatoes – 470 gr.
- Eggs – 1 pc.
- Minced chicken – 200 gr.
- Garlic – 1 clove.
- Onions – 60 gr.
- Hard cheese – 30 gr.
- Breadcrumbs – 37 gr.
- Mayonnaise – 50 gr.
- Salt – 10 gr.
- Ground black pepper - a pinch.
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Cooking process:
1. Peel the onions and finely chop them with a knife. We do the same with garlic.
2. Combine minced chicken with chopped onion and garlic.
3. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
4. Add breadcrumbs.
5.Separately, beat the egg with a fork.
6. Add half of the egg mass to the minced meat.
7. Mix the minced meat well until all the ingredients are combined. Leave in the cold for twenty minutes.
8. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into pieces.
9. Place in a saucepan, add water, add salt, and boil until tender.
10. After cooking, drain the water and mash the potatoes.
11. Pour the second half of the egg mass into the puree, add salt and pepper to taste, mix.
12. Form five balls from the minced meat, rolling each one in your palms until smooth.

2. To prepare the filling, peel the onions and finely chop them. We also finely chop the mushrooms with a knife. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped onions in it. Then add the ground beef, stir and fry for ten minutes while stirring. Next, add the chopped mushrooms, stir and continue cooking for about fifteen minutes until all the liquid has evaporated. At the end of cooking, add salt and pepper to taste. Let the finished filling cool until warm, then mix it with both types of grated cheese.
